Today was a good day – no particular reason – just a really nice day. The sun was shining and the sky was blue. I know I have a lot of weeds to pull after all the rain and many of my flowers are looking like spring….it’s a little early for spring.
I didn’t have anything particular to smile about today – just a lot of little things. I did some mending, not my favorite thing to do, but it’s nice when it’s completed. I made a baby blanket, that’s always fun when you think about the baby who will be cuddled up in it one day soon.
I did a few little jobs and chores, a little sewing, some reading and emailing. It has been just a really nice, no-big-deal, happy, sunny kind of day. That’s something to smile about!
