British Muffin

They have something pretty great at my favorite grocery store, Trader Joe's; they are called “British Style Wholegrain English Muffins.”

These babies are grand in the morning, spread with almond butter and jam….of course, also purchased at Trader Joes.  This delightful little “snacker” goes perfectly with a cup of coffee in the morning or hot chocolate in the evening.

I like to bake, so we often have muffins or banana bread or other quick breads, but having our royal “snackers” as a fall-back makes me smile!
